My work is deeply personal. After being diagnosed with Crohn's disease and undergoing major surgery, I experienced how confusing, overwhelming, and isolating life with IBD can be. At the time, I was living a sedentary lifestyle and struggling with my health. In 2020, I made a deliberate decision to change—not just to manage symptoms, but to transform my life. I committed to rebuilding my health through structured strength training, gut-supportive nutrition, mindful movement, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Today, I help IBD clients do the same.
My approach prioritizes muscle preservation, functional strength, nervous system regulation, inflammation awareness, and long-term consistency without triggering flare-ups.
With over four years of hands-on strength training experience, and a lifestyle rooted in lifting and intentional meal planning, I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding to my coaching. I work closely with clients to help them move from fatigue, fear, and symptom-driven limitations to confidence, strength, and improved quality of life.
I have helped clients with IBD regain strength, reduce reliance on medication, improve energy levels, and rebuild trust in their bodies. I believe an IBD diagnosis does not end a person's ability to live actively—it simply requires the right strategy, guidance, and support.
